New billing process for AU / NZ / ZA

Agworld expands into new office space team photo outside front door

As of April 1st, 2020 Agworld Australia, New Zealand and South Africa has revamped its billing and payment systems to allow customers added security and ownership of their payment details. Clients can now manage their own payments with the choice of Credit Card or Bank Transfer through a personal billing portal. Clients can also call in to our success team to make payments.

During the transition period, all invoices and billing portal setup details will be sent by email to the account owner rather than getting processed through the shopping cart on our website. This transition is the first phase of our continued enhancements to the billing system and overall client experience. As a next step, in 2021, we will release the added billing connection to the Agworld shopping cart that will provide customers with the ability to self-serve completely through the website.

Simon Foley joined Agworld as General Manager for Australia, New Zealand and South Africa in September 2014. Simon has 25 years experience in broadacre grain farming systems extending from in field production agronomics to farm and business management. Prior to joining Agworld, Simon consulted to farm businesses across WA and held senior management roles in a boutique funds management company focussed on agricultural investments. He holds a Agricultural Science (Hons) degree from the University of Western Australia.
